AFRICANX is a software solution that enables the registered Financial Service Provider RST Capital Trust to register “Brokerage Accounts” opened for verified investors and clients to invest into existing projects on the platform making Private Offerings of their shares. Based on accepted principles of Anti-money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) Guidelines and rules, the accounts are opened within the Financial Service Provider managed system.

As a private exchange RST Capital handles on behalf of the AfricanX members the deposit of shares by the companies who are wishing to make an offering, the deposit of shares by investors, and keeping of these securities while managing the transmission of money to complete the sale of the securities and offerings by the Company.
In addition, the AfricanX operator RST Capital Trust is registered with a Dispute resolution scheme
